Jobless rate falls; reasons unclear

Numbers released by the North Carolina Department of Commerce suggest that the state is continuing to improve in terms of unemployment.

According to the figures, North Carolina’s unemployment rate dropped 0.3 percentage points from January to 6.4 percent.
