» Douglas Darell Duckworth, 69, of 5828 NC 126, in Nebo, was charged with felony first-degree statutory sexual offense. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $100,000 secured bond. His trial date was set for Nov. 18.

» Kenneth Wayne Setzer, 48, of 414 Carolina Ave., in Hickory, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear or comply and one felony count each of trafficking heroin, maintaining a dwelling, vehicle or place for drugs or controlled substances and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a combined $86,500 secured bond.

» Tyrik Devonn Ervin, 27, of 132 Air Park Drive, 6, in Morganton, was charged with felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $75,000 secured bond.

» Tristan Douglas Coffey, 20, of 2520 Smokey Creek Road, in Lenoir, was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $35,000 secured bond. His trial date was set for Oct. 28.

» Thomas William Johnson, 51, of 116 Colony Drive, in Morganton, was charged with felony trafficking cocaine, felony sell or deliver Schedule II controlled substances and one misdemeanor count each of possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving during revocation. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $35,000 secured bond.

» Adam Tracy Shaw, 33, of 6943 Rhodhiss Road, in Connelly Springs, was charged with felony trafficking opium or heroin. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

» Curtis Lee Harwood, 42, of 1740 Whitetail Cove, in Morganton, was charged with three counts of felony safecracking. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $25,000 secured bond. His trial date was set for Nov. 18.

» Kelly Rae Schreiber, 32, of 1031 Log Hollow Lane, L1, in Morganton, was charged with felony possession of Schedule II controlled substances and felony possession of Schedule III controlled substances. She was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $24,000 secured bond. Her trial date was set for Nov. 4.

» Elijah Daniel Reese, 31, of 218 Coulter St., in Morganton, was charged with two counts of felony probation violation. He was served at Burke-Catawba jail where he was being held pending other charges. He was issued an additional $20,000 secured bond. His trial date was set for Nov. 12.

» Lucas William Smith, 18, of 7158 Oak Ridge Church Road, in Connelly Springs, was charged with felony failure to appear or comply. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $20,000 secured bond. His trial date was set for Nov. 18.

» Richard Alan Lydens, 42, of 622 2nd St., in Morganton, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and one misdemeanor count each of damage to personal property, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, delay or obstructing a public officer. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $16,000 secured bond.

» Richard Alan Lydens, 42, of 622 2nd St., in Morganton, was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear or comply. He was served at Burke-Catawba jail where he was being held pending other charges and issued an additional $12,000 secured bond.

» Jennifer Ann Young, 43, of 5951 Kaylas Ridge Road, in Connelly Springs, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear or comply. She was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under a $12,500 secured bond.

» Brian Nicholas White, 32, of 322 Bailey Road, in Candler, was charged with two counts of felony probation violation, and one count each of felony obtaining property by false pretense and misdemeanor larceny of property; receiving or possessing stolen goods. He was transported to Burke-Catawba jail and placed under an $11,000 secured bond.
